The Elevation Training Mask 2.0 is the ultimate respiratory training device for breathing and controlling the flow of air delivered in to your body. The Multi level resistance system creates a Resisted air flow through flux valves into the Training Mask 2.0.When your body adapts to the resistance of Training Mask 2.0 your lungs will be trained to take deep beaths that use oxygen more efficiently.
By conditioning your lungs and creating pulmonary resistance, your diaphragm is strengthened, thereby making your lungs work harder. When lungs work harder, the surface area and elasticity in the alveoli is increased, thus increasing your stamina and ability to go harder at your sport - or simply have increased energy for daily living.
There are various "Resistance Breathing" elevations with Training Mask 2.0
Training Mask 2.0 comes with an all in one package set. You do not need to buy anything else other than whats in the box.
"Breathing Resistances" are simulated resistances that are "maching" how hard it would actually be to breath in (3,000 | 6,000ft | 9,000ft | 12,000 | 15,000ft | 18,000 Ft. in "ALTITUDE RESISTANCES".
Training Mask 2.0 does not "change on the o2 molecular level" however your body does make adaptations for this "Simulation" to be considered "Altitude Training" also known as the Altitude Ai Resistances.
The mask is held on the face with a comfortable neoprene strap that over lays the air tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene strap is held onto the mask by 3 "Resistance caps". The resistance caps make for a nice snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place acting as a "post" against the silicone that rests on your face.
The mask is completely washable but only by hand - DO NOT MACHINE WASH.
